Born in Atlanta, Merritt Godwin has made South Georgia her home for the last 30 years. Coming from a real estate family, one of her passions has been the renovation and restoration of older homes. “I love seeing a vision become a reality. I can see so much potential in a home, and it is such a rewarding experience to see the end product become someone else’s dream,” she said. Merritt is a graduate of Vanderbilt University, and prior to earning her real estate license, worked in fine retail, real estate law and the construction industry. She is licensed in both Georgia and Florida, and ready to serve!
